Tuscan Montelupo 5" Small Pitcher

Bring the vibrant colors and artistry of Italy into your home with this tuscan montelupo 5" small pitcher.

Flight of Fancy is one of the first patterns we imported from Italy. We loved the elegant, exotic bird in flight amongst the lovely, green leaves that decorate each piece. Each pitcher was handcrafted and hand-painted by master artisans at Tuscia in Montelupo Fiorentino, a center of Italian majolica since the Renaissance.

A Living Ceramic Tradition

Italy's ceramic-making towns have been perfecting their craft since the Renaissance, with artisans hand-painting each piece using techniques and patterns passed down through generations. That heritage is part of what makes Italian ceramics so treasured as both everyday pieces and gifts.

At Ciao Shop, we travel Italy in search of authentic artisan-made treasures that celebrate the country's rich heritage and timeless craftsmanship. Every piece is selected to help you bring the beauty and warmth of Italy into your home.
